F.A.Q.s

Do you accept insurance?

I am an IN-Network provider with Traditional Medicare, CIGNA and AETNA insurance plans. All of my other clients utilize their insurance’s Out-of-Network benefits. Please call your insurance provider to determine if your plan offers the option of Out-of-Network benefits, as each specific plan is different. In this case, you would pay for your session and I would provide you with a proof of payment to submit to your insurance, so that you can be reimbursed part of the session fee (the % of reimbursement depends on your specific plan so, again, please check with your insurance provider first).

What is your appointment policy?

When we first meet, we will decide on a weekly day & time which will be reserved just for you. Usually, there is a client scheduled before and after your appointment so your session length cannot be adjusted if you arrive to your appointment late. If you need to change a day or time one week, there is typically flexibility available.

What is your cancellation policy?

24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid being charged a full session fee. This fee cannot be charged to your insurance.
